Free Shipping
All orders shipped within the United States qualify for free standard shipping. There is no minimum purchase required. We believe shipping should be simple and transparent — the price you see is the price you pay.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as US territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Delivery times to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may be extended by 2-4 business days.
We do not currently ship to international destinations outside of the United States and its territories. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities for international customers.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order anytime by visiting our Track Order page and entering your order number and email address.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver your orders. The carrier for your order is selected based on your location, package size, and selected shipping method to ensure the fastest, most reliable delivery.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost in transit or significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@handoras.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
