30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Free Return Shipping
We provide free return shipping labels for all returns within the United States. Once your return is authorized, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Simply package your item securely, attach the label, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@handoras.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items without original packaging or tags
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement. This ensures the fastest processing and availability.
How to Initiate a Return

- We will send you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours
- Package your item securely with all original packaging
- Drop off the package at the designated carrier location
